Wing flying in snow

My jet-wings have progressed very much since the days of my fist hand-built prototypes and the current model is one which has been tested in wind tunnels for its aerodynamic qualities and performance, and also for its safety features, manoeuvrability and resilience.

The current jet-wing model is built from carbon-fibre, one of the strongest substances in the world, yet also one of the lightest, and the jet-propulsion system is provided by a world-leading mini-jet engine company - Jet cats.

The assembly of the wing is done by the company DECISION SA in Switzerland, and the world-known Swiss systems of quality control and attention to details are applied to all aspects of the building and production of the jet-wing.

Each facet of my planning for spreading the wings of free-flight to people around the world has been put into place, and the last remaining requirements for me are the following:-

  • 1.To implement the production line of the jet-wings, which will bring down the costs per unit and make them more affordable for people to buy or rent.
  • 2.To licence the jet-wing for use in a recreational role.
  • 3.To establish an international network of instructors who can train people all over the world to do free-flight as a recreational sport.

Once these requirements have been met, it will be only a relatively short space of time until the ability to enjoy free-flight is something that anyone who wants to can experience.
